We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request permanent deletion of your GUP account and all data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Send an email to us at the address below with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please email us from the address registered to your GUP account, and include your registered username or phone number so we can verify your identity before processing the request.

- The email address or phone number registered on your account
- Your GUP username
- A brief statement confirming that you want your account and associated data permanently deleted
What gets deleted
Once we've verified your request, we will permanently delete your GUP account along with the data associated with it, including:
- Your profile information (name, photo, bio, contact details)
- Posts, comments, and messages you've created
- Photos, videos, and other media you've uploaded
- Your Villa memberships, connections, and activity history
Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
